You can feel the high quality and it has all the components you need.I've been looking for one of these for quite some time and since my wife wanted to do a Pioneer Woman theme kitchen we went with the white/red-orange color.The installation was quite easy which is a bonus and since we were changing the sink and separate sprayer I already had a hole to place this where the sprayer was at.The valve is just a pressure valve that releases the full pressure on the water line when pressed down. There's no in-between. It's either open or closed.That's fine for the most part but mine had so much pressure that when I used a smaller glass, like a whiskey glass size, the water shot out of the bottom and went everywhere.The water also can build up in the base since it's not "open" like most other models I've seen.The water only has one way to flow out and that's through the small opening in the front.Most types of glass rinsers have the entire top open which is probably for this reason.You can connect it to the hot or cold water lines which is nice but my wife wanted ours connected to the cold so that's what I did.It rinses tumblers and all of my pint size and larger glasses really well. It really does a great job on the taller insulated water bottles which is a plus.With the amount of pressure behind the plate, it is a bit tough to push down at first but once you figure out how much force to use it works pretty well.I keep thinking it is going to break on me but it has held up well so far and hasn't leaked a single drop.To me this is the kind of item that you don't need but discover that once you have it, you use it all the time. I connected it to our hot water line using the supplied tee fitting and included line which was more than long enough for our installation. The installation is certainly simple enough, insert the tee fitting into a supply line, drop the unit into the sink and tighten it down, connect the supply line and it's ready to use.We appreciated, and it's one of the reasons we chose this particular unit, that it came with a cover. While honestly it does feel somewhat cheap when handling it as the entire visible unit is just chrome plated plastic, the valve does feel sturdy and most importantly, doesn't leak. The spray is quite vigorous which we appreciate and does a great job of rinsing out everything from our everyday glassware to baby bottles.You may or may not have noticed these things at most bars, but they have them usually somewhere towards the back of the bar. Put your glass on this and it’s going to do a bunch of high pressured water to rinse out the glass in a quick single motion. While this doesn’t sterilize the glass it certainly rinses it out so if you are going to be switching beverages and want a quick rinse or if you want to pre-rinse before you’re actually going to hand wash it this is a great thing to have around.It’s pretty easy to install too; it comes with all the hoses necessary and it bolts right to your sink in one of the holes that would be used for like a soap dispenser, or an air outlet for a dishwasher. If you don’t have one free/open, you will have to cut one in your sink because there’s no way to Side mount it or anything- it is worth installing on your sink. Once you have one you’re gonna always wanna have one it’s one of those types of fixtures.
