Great company, they communicated very fast and fixed the issue. Now it works perfectly and no water sits in my glass rinserI was so excited about using this. After using it one day I went to use it again the following day and we’ll it wouldn’t shut off it was like a mini sprinkler at the sink so I shut the supply water off and had to remove it and put the soap dispenser back in place.The installation of this thing was super easy. And it came with everything you need to set it up (except for hole cutting equipment if that is a need of yours).A this point my only complaint with the product would be the draining. I feel like it could be altered in a way to provided a slight slope forward to encourage water to drain out. As it is, excess water will drain, while leaving a good deal of standing water that won't drain.But it's an outstanding kitchen addition.
